Rainin central Europe, cold north with some snow showers

Wednesday
Rain pushing south through northern and central Spain as well as Portugal today. fair for the Balearics and southern Spain, some sunshine here. Italy will have a few showers in the west but generally good weather. Greece should be fair although some rain in eastern Turkey.
Windy and wet for France, some heavy rain in central and northern areas. Dry in the far south. Rain too in the Low Countries, some of it heavy. Germany will have rain in the west but eastern areas are likely to be drier. Fair for most of Poland, just a scattering of showers here. Hungary should be dry but some rain in Austria, snow over the Alps.
Bright in Denmark, sunny spells here. Some cloud and outbreaks of sleet and snow for the Baltic States. Breezy and cool in Finland, snow showers in the east but fair in the west. Sweden will be dry and cold with some sunny spells. Fair in Norway, sunny spells and dry here.

Thursday
Showers for northern Spain today. Fair for most of Spain and Portugal. Chilly in the Balearics. Showers or outbreaks of patchy rain in southern Italy but fair in the north. Greece should be dry and bright. Turkey will be remaining dry with more sunshine here.
Rain and cloud in northwestern France. Fair to the south with sunny spells. Cloud and outbreaks of rain in the Low Countries. Germany will be dry and bright with Poland fair too. Hungary will be dry with sunny spells. Austria may have showers with some of these in Switzerland too.
Denmark should be dry and bright. Fair and chilly in the Baltic States. Finland will be dry and frosty. Dry in Sweden with frosty weather here, sunshine in the south. Cloud and some outbreaks of rain and sleet in western areas.
